GSG Welcomes Moolec as New ETS Member

The Global Stewardship Group is excited to welcome Moolec Science as a new Excellence Through Stewardship member.

Moolec produces animal proteins in plants aiming to “heal” the meat production system. They have developed a patentable soybean platform to produce highly valuable animal proteins in seeds. This innovation allows them to create unique and sustainable food ingredients for the meat industry.
